The difference for this division could be the starting pitching. This is the edge that may take CHC all the way. The starters for CHC are much deeper with Quintana and Darvish. They have a matchup edge in those spots. They also have 2 above All-Star projected position players in Bryand and Rizzo. STL has 0 of those. However, STL offensively stacks up well at every other position as their WAR projections are superior in the outfield, 2B. Keep in mind CHC was 14-5 vs STL last season.
